TFI module isnt a common problem in the SN-95. But its on the passenger side fenderwell under the intake tube. It SHOULD be black, and be sitting in an aluminum heat sink.

Do you still have the stock cats?

didn't I tell you not to do the TFI???

i still have my money on the cats... If you can get one of them out... try removing one of your front O2 sensors, then take the car for a quick jaunt... I bet it runs up higher in the RPM's

I had the same exact problem with my cobra. Turned out that my stock cats were broken up and clogged

what kind of cats did you go with after you found problem? did you use an offroad h pipe or one with 2 cats?thanks for your input,so you are sure your car was doing the same i'm telling you mine is doing?it brakes after 4000rpm,kind of like the rev limiter is kicking in.

I had the cat break up in my fathers 2000 S10. It wouldnt rev over 1600. I removed one of the front O2 sensors, and the truck INSTANTLY got better. I chopped the cat out of the pipe, looked inside, and it was all broken up and melted...
