Default sits higher drag spring PIC!!!

I put the drag springs on sits alot higher but it was sitting on the ground!!!! I went to ebiach drag springs in the front and put the stock springs back in the rear with the granatelli adjustable lower bar in the back so I can go up or down..

sitting just a little to high Id like to take another 1/2 to an inch lower in the front then lower the back down to match it..

I did cut a quarter of one of the coils off so it would have been even higher if I had'nt done that.

I rented a coil spring compresser from autozone the first spring took me about 3 hours to put on...I had to modify the tool to get it out of the spring after I put it in then the other spring took like 20 minutes! I dont think im going to take the tool back its hard to find one that will work for these mustang springs now this one works like a charm!!!

+10000000000000000000000

the purpose of the drag spring being taller is to store energy and when you launch it releases the energy with a ton of force to transfer the weight......

cutting the spring you are just taking away from the performance of the part.

the other part i dont understand is i just installed mine too and it lowered it approx 3/4 of an inch from where i was stock, but my stock spring were broken in half....i dont get it.

and if u have moroso trick springs u will know as it says right in their directions that u can cut up to 1 coil off without sacrifing the integrity of the spring ,which means it will not have any effect

know on the eibach i dont know if u are allowed to do this but it says right on the directions for my moroso's
