thank you, I will give it a shot, my truck and my mustang headlight switches both went out within 2 weeks of each other. What are the odds of that.

I've got one I'll sell you for 20 bucks plus shipping. It works fine, i bought one from 50resto when I thought mine was bad. But it was my Multifuntion switch, not headlight switch. So the switch is still good.

Pm me if you want it..

ps

are you sure its the switch, thats what i thought but I was wrong.

If your headlight switch is fried most likely you haven't done this wiring modification. I really suggest doing this at the same time you swap your switch, it literally takes like 30 mins to do and you won't have to worry about frying headlight or multifunction switches. I replaced my headlight switch twice, I wish I had done the wiring modification the first time and saved myselfsome trouble.

I bought my switch from 50resto for like 30 bucks. If you switch is fried by heating up from using the fog lights I would suggest also buying the headlight switch connector also, which is something like 7 bucks. Shipping is a flat 15 bucks from them, so if you can think of anything else you want to buy from them you should get it right then.
