Question about Retrofitted AC

Question about Retrofitted AC
Back in 2001 I retrofitted my 92 stang to use the R134a. I bought a new compressor, new dryer, flushed the condensor and evaparator. BUT....instead of using R134a my AC guy talked me into using Freeze12. I was okay with it so I left the new schrader valves that came with my r134a kit off and stuck with the screw on fittings. I now need to top off my system, and one of my fittings leaks. As of now it has an aeroquip cap on it so it does not leak as long as that cap is on.<\\;br>\\; <\\;br>\\; I am asking a couple of questions here.<\\;br>\\; 1. should I go ahead and screw on the schrader valves so I can bypass the leak and use the new gauges out there anyway....or<\\;br>\\; <\\;br>\\; 2. should I just put the ac gauge lines on real fast and take them off real fast and put the aeroquip back on.<\\;br>\\; <\\;br>\\; 3. Is there a way to measure oil in a system?<\\;br>\\; <\\;br>\\; 4.Is there a way to drain the oil in a system in case I want to go back to 134a?<\\;br>\\; <\\;br>\\; 5. last...how can I top off my system with freeze12? I know I can take it somewhere IF they happen to carry it. But it seems to be less popular where I live now. I have a 134a charging kit with a gauge, Im guessing I could use that (if it will even attatch to the freeze12 can) to charge the car using a schrader valve. I am open for any suggestions for my beater daily driver 92 stang. Thanks for the help.

RE: Question about Retrofitted AC
you need to either evacuate system and replace reciever drier and if you added ester oil to begin with ..the oil is compatble with both freons... but don't mix 134a with freeze 12......and there is no real way to measure oil in system.. there is a spec for total capacity and how much each component occupies if replacing one component
