If you still have the stock heads on the car, 5-10hp. If you have aftermarket heads, 15-20hp

If you have stock heads, you wont gain much(15-20rwhp) But if you have good flowing heads, id say 20-35 horsepower, especially in the higher rpm's. If you have stock heads, putting the intake manifold on wont be worthless, as it will help the 5.0 breathe a little up top. you will lose some low end torque though.

I'd get it. Takingthe intake manifold off again for the new heads isnt that hard

okay then
what about heads
i know the Twisted wedge heads fit on a stock bottom end but since i have flat tops and a decent sized cam will they still work without notching?

Because the TW's have 2.02 valves you will have to notch them. GT-40 heads should clear. I'll have to look it up

Acutally, you may not have to notch them with the Twisted Wedges because of how the valve is positioned. Call Trickflow and ask.
