I have a 1996 Camaro Z28 383 Stroker with stock heads, Lt4 cam, 2200 shift kit, moroso CAI, 58mm throttle body, full suspension, magnaflow exhaust catback, dynoed tuned, BBk headers and this wants to trade his 90gt , full cobra body kit, 17 inch gunmetal cobras, ram air
hood, e303 cam, gt40 heads, 24lb injectors, aluminum radiator, 70mm
throttlebody, mass air flow sensor, ram air cold intake new aod tranny
w/ shift kit.

would this be a good trade and how are MPG on this car? thanks

it depends on what you like just remember that mustang doesnt have to get pluged in for inspection. and you said nothing about gears that is wearmost of your mpgs go

If you have always wanted a Mustang than I would do it, as long as the Mustang is in good shape. I'd guess 255rwhp & 295rwtq. Gas would depend on how you drive. I'd say 14city and 19hwy(pending on gears)

your camaro is probably tons faster..if you don't mind a slower ride than maybe it's a trade for you

AOD's are junk and the Mustang just has very basic bolt ons.

Its an auto and u have tons more done to urs. I would sell the camaro and buy a better fox
