Yeah. One of my friends designed it, and another buddy that owns Quicktime Turbo Systems made it.

You're really letting the intercooler thing eat you up man. Don't sweat the small stuff, she'll do fine. The same exact intercooler is on another friends twin turbo Cougar, and it makes 850+ around 16psi tuned on the fat side.
