I was just woundering if a F-303 Hydraulic Roller Cam Duration: 226°/226° @ .050' Lift: .512'/.512' will work with a stock H.O roller motor?

yes it will, but be sure to check piston to valve clearance when installing. you will need to upgrade your valve springs with a bigger cam as well!

Thats what ithought, but someone told me that all Ford Racing cam's for the 5.0 will work with a bone stock motor, but I figured that valve sprins, pushrods would have to be re-placed and piston to valve clearance would have to be checked. So my F-303 cam will not go into my stock 89 GT without modifying anything.

^^^^very possible and with a 2.02 valved head also.... friend has a custom Jay allen cam with .563/.555 and 2.02 valves on stockbottom end.........and to the op an f-cam will work fine with stock bottom end ..just confirm by checking for ptv and you'll need to upgrade springs, locks and retainers
