Default Front brake question

I have noticed that on my front wheels I am only getting dust on the passenger side. In looking at the drivers side the origional paint is still on the pads. I assumed that I had a caliper piston that was not working so I replaced it. (yet it never pulled durring braking???) Still no dust from the drivers side. I beleve that I eliminated the piston/slide variable Does anyone have any ideas or has this happened to them?

if you still have the problem after replacing caliper jack up and spin wheels and see if a drag exists..with caliper replaced and prob still evident it may be a bad brake hose
