Can anyone recommend a Good Carb tuning book or websight (holley)? And Secondly....EDL Per. 600cfm or Holley 4160/4180c?

edelbrock carbs should come with a mini tuning book with a tuning table and instructions if not it is on their website as for holley here:

thanks bud...ive never touched a carb besides bolting one one...is it as hard as they say?

no just read the books you purchase ...main thing is understand where and when lean or rich hesitations occur and or flat spots and you'll know what circuit of the carb to focus on
