Yep, on the day I was taking my toolbox out my boss wanted to talked to me. He asked me what I wanted, I told him $10k more a year and paid benifits. He said ok. I should quit more often!

 

man!! that's cool...the extra dough sure does help!!!!.......I sort of got a raise ..if you look at it in a different light you could consider it such.....one of our techs quit about 2 months ago so we decided since it was a little slow not to pick up another one so now my flate rate hr's are up over 40 easy since there isn't a third tech to funnel work too, and work has picked up the past month.

 

Our work has picked up over the past month as well but this week seemed to die off. We still did alright this week but nothing like the past couple weeks. We have picked up 2 techs in the past 3 weeks but I work salaryso it really hasn't affected me.
