suspension install
no and no.
most good equipment come with good directions.
i use maximum motor sports peices. they are high quality, you can get good tech help and the directions are great. complete with photos of what is supposed to be happening.
if you mess with the springs, you can rent spring compressors from some parts houses. pay attention when changing springs as they have energy stored when the springs are compressed and can be hurtful to the human body. not really much risk if you study up a little.

ugh... i find all of the above easy to install.
i installed my rear springs, shocks, and removed quad shocks without a hassle.
biggest PITA was installing the shocks without the shaft spinning as you turned it. i had a friend hold it while i torqued the bolts down.
the springs are a little tricky. i was able to use one of the 2 post lifts at work so i had my friend hang onto the rearend as i put the springs into place. while he was still hanging on the rearend i had to "tap" the springs in the cups.
i was installing lowering springs so no compressor was necessary.
front is a bit more tricky but if you're replacing control arms a floor jack should be all thats necessary.
if you need help, let me know
