pb blaster wait 30 mins, more pb blaster wait 15 put a small bar on it so it can fit. If you still can't get it off get your BFH (big ****ing hammer) hit the bar the in the direction to loosen the bolt. Theres no real solution when working on a 20 year old car just try try, and try again.

yea i just took the front seats out on my 85 and had no problem....but i agree with above...lots of power lube or pb blaster or wd40, and let em soak, and what i do is move it a little counterclockwise, and the a little clockwise so that it gets that lube down into the threads....worst comes to worst, cut em off gets new bolts and some lock nuts and run em through the floor
