i dont know if it is a problem or nomal with car. when i put my ac on the temp gauge goes up to 3/4 is this normal or is it something else. thanks

What year is the car? does it have a elecrtic fan or a mechanical one? It's not normal to jump that much.

Put a mechanical gauge on the car and watch that and see if the temp is really going up or if its just the gauge.
