im just saying tires and suspension go a long way

 

Stock 5.0s have seen high 14s and low 15s, some can even go mid to low 14s with a good driver. To go 12s with a stock engine it would take a good suspension setup, gears, tires, and a really good driver. From the sounds of it your frind isn't too familiar with the track so expect him to be in the mid 15s with a stock car. And Skillz, love the sig.

 

with just a head swap you will not see 12's on an sn-95.....the detuned ecm holds back sn-95 and your friend will need exhaust, gears , all bolt ons and an h/c/i and a dyno tune for mods at that he should be close to 300 rwhp and with that he'll see 12's but just on a head swap..not gonna happen on an sn'95

 

yea i would really like to see that happen i don't care how good a driver you are theres no way ur gonna be runnin in the 12's stock

 

It's very possible with the proper suspension, gears, and tires.

 

if the 95's are as slow as they say they are then i ain't seein that happenin any time soon
