so my hatch is throughly rotted, theres no stangs in the bone yards that are really worth trying to save locally and i came across the fiberglass ones the hinge and pin on, the price totally sucks but i love the idea that it never rots. my goal is to eraser the threats of rot, so the price is high but i can deal. so heres a few questions i have.

Whats the difference with pin on and hinge on hatches?

Can i use the glass in my metal hatch for the fiberglass or do i need to use the lexan glass?

Has anyone on here applied a fiberglass one on their car?
