the rule for houston raceway park is pretty much do whatever you want if you run an 11.99 or faster and you have a vert you need a rollbar. but they let that slide pretty much all the time cause we got dd street cars that run 10's all day with some power adder. and like 50-65% of those cars are faster than 12.5

each track is different in their enforcement of the rules...if they won't let you run then go get a roll bar you have no choice or not run[:@].....our track is 13.99 on verts

13.99 for vert's here.
kinda lame, im also about 90% sure you have to wear a helmet no matter how fast you are too!

NO kidding right! If you have a rock stock GT converitble, you can't run it at the track! I know Shelby convertible owners would probably be really hesitant to put a rollbar in their cars, so how many of them will never get to make a pass! That sucks. I thought 12.99 was the number you couldnt exceed in a vert without a rollbar.
