update, i found a 86 GT, with ponys and a 95 driveline, white paint with black interior, summit black seats, autometers, usual bolt ons, and a cowl.
he says its a florida car, so no rust. goin to check it out tonight.

i'm the proud new owner of a nasty *** 86 LX.
moonroof, 95 engine, 95 trans and x-mem, and 95 rear, ac/smog delete, 245/50 Nitto 555r's on ponys, 2 1/2" cowl, bbk mid with flow40s...
BRAND NEW FULL black interior down to the freakin plastic rivets, including 140 speedo. custom autometer panel under the radio(guy i got it from has been doin body work 12 years, he's good)
i'm scared to sit in this car, seriously. its that nice inside.

the rain today is killing my hopes of tearin up my neighborhood. its freakin pouring.
anywho.. here's a list of whats done to this car. it was setup as a twin turbo dragster in florida, and has been converted back to streetable.
Full 95 driveline, running on the 86 SD system.
Nitto 555R's 245/50 in the rear, with rolled lips for slicks.
UPR uppers with battle boxes
KYB 9ways in the rear
Full brand new black interior from carpet to dash to console, including 2 nice-*** Summit buckets, a 140 speedo, and a custom 2pod gauge cluster under the radio.
Pro 5.0 shifter
Full MSD ignition
ac/smog delete, with powersteering relocate
Some kind of prostreet FPR
full length subframe connecters
only 3 things i need to take care of before i can romp on it
1.) smoke. hard accel and downshifting proves to be a problem for the people behind me.
2.) major pinging. hard accel sounds like Jiffy pop.
3.) tranny x-mem. when the 95 T5Z tranny was put in, so was the cross member. Whoever put it in, didnt do it straight. the driveline angle isnt even close, but a torch and welder should take care of that, i believe. i havn't even seen the screwup yet.
