What was the A/F at? what was the timing at? What was the weather like? where are you at. can you tune the car in any way or are just relying on the stock EEC? what kind of compression does it have?

wow thats a lot of questions, only specs on the cam i know of are .592/.600 lift, 114lsa.
not sure exactly what the a/f was, i told the tuner to set it just a tad rich for safety, weather was probly around 80 or so, mild humidity, in michigan. car was dyno tuned before the pull, compression should be around 10.5:1.

rockers too tight or loose?
timing ?
what is the compression of the motor? just curious?

how is the aode ?
a/f ratio?
converter ?

rockers weren't loose, but i guess they may have been to tight, tuner also set the timing so i'm not sure what that was at. aode is fine, fairly fresh rebuild with shift kit, 2800 stall edge converter, aluminum shaft.

I'm not dissapointed in teh car at all, in the 30 miles i drove it it felt very strong when i would just tap the gas and you could tell it wanted to go, and man did it sound good
I guess i was just expecting more power out of it.

Who care about HP #'s. If it runs a decent 1/4Mile and is fun to you then your set.

exactly but i was really hoping to get in the mid 12's with this car as it sits.
but mild suspension work+dr's+313whp won't make it into the mid 12's I wouldn't think.

^^^^^^why not my friends tired 306 with an h/c/i made it to a best of 12.94@105 with 258 rwhp, 313 is plenty to do that and your low dyno numbers lie with the worthless mustang dyno IMO, all the mustang dyno does is depress people, worry about what matters and get your car fixed and run an ET

Well said Mjr. With good suspension and tires that should be plenty of HP for mid 12s. Do you know roughly how much the car weighs?
