where to put hood pins on a 94?
I have a bolt on fiberglass hood and was recently told that they have a tendency to fly up so I got a stainless hood pin kit but looking over the radiator support there doesn't seem to be anywhere to put them... it's got a very small lip on the inside edge and then it's boxed in... the lip just isn't big enough for them. so how did you guys mount yours? did you make brackets? pics would be nice.

+1 to no need, however it looks sweet on some cars. ( not the clean look Im going for )
I helped my friend do some, replaced the rubber hood stops with the new studs, and even used the rubber from the stock ones, to make it nicer when closing it on the new pins

If your hood has a STEEL latch you should be fine without hood pins, if it has a cheap fiberglass latch, install hood pins or the latch could rip through the fiberglass.

I thought a lot of them came with no latch and you have to install your stocker in the new fiberglass.
One of my friends bought a cheap fiberglass cowl hood from some local dealer, we had to use ****in epoxy to install the latch in it, and the damn thing was so flimsy and thin that the paint cracked when someone lifted unevenly on one side....
