Default Replace your o2's!!

I had a bit of a running problem with my car where it would run rich after about 5 mins after startup, then correct itself after a minute or two. I knew my o2's were looking real old, but didn't want to dish out the $80 for new ones. I just said screw it and replaced them. Not only did it fix the problem, but it runs better than ever. I swear it has more power now or at least improved throttle response! After doing the o2's, I surprise myself every once in a while and rip the tires loose when not really trying to. My tires are pretty sticky too! That always puts a smile on my face! So, if you think your o2's may need a replacement, just do it. I still wish I had a carb'ed 'stang, EFI is being a real money pit.

Wish I had the $$$ for that^. Not complaining. I am happy that I own a mustang at 19 though, and am fortunate to be able to pay for it on my own.

just kicking the bucket and swaping to carb is not always the best solution. you might have given up yourself but for some people it is cheaper to fix their EFI issues than buy a new Fuel Pump, Distributor, Intake Manifold, Carb, Filter, and whatever else is involved in the swap.

AND

give them a new ground, better than that crappy orange wire on the firewall or driver side head.

If not youll be soon to crap out the new ones.
