Default C&L 73mm MAF VS 76mm MAF

so i have a simple question.

due to my current MAF being FRYED.....

whitch would be better?

im thinking the bigger MAF might do better on the top end, yet the smaller MAF do better on the bottom end.

only dyno info i can find is in the "bolt on myths destroyed" thread, that says i can gain 7+hp and 5+trq from a 73mm, says nothing about going bigger.....

any advice, or articles you guys might have would be great.

+7hp is great, but i can find stock maf's for 30-40% of the price of a c&l

getting a C&L isnt going to help if your MAF is fried.... as they do not include a sensor

stock MAF is 65mm, whitch with a cold air intake, bigger throttle body, and a intake manifold (like my set up) it becomes the most restrictive part.

theres a couple tests out there that prove on 100% stock cars, that upgrading to a 73mm C&L MAF has gains of 7hp and 5trq, might gain a little more with more moddifyed engines.
