Default Help with/critique my shopping list

I have put this list together of stuff that I want to get. I can't afford everything here in one purchase it is going to get spread out through a couple purchases but I wanted to make the list so I can plan what and when I want to buy stuff. The first group of stuff I buy I can afford to spend about $2500. The rest will come in another purchase. With that being said could you guys help me decide what I should purchase first and what stuff I should put off till later? The car is pretty much bone stock right now except it has 3.73 gears, cold air, and flowmaster mufflers so thats why there is so much stuff on this list. Also if there is anything you guys think I am missing that I should get/need to get let me know or if there is anything you think would be better substituted by something else.

I do have a few questions though:
1. Will I have to flycut my pistons for this cam/head combo?
2. Any reason I need to get new lifters when I get a new cam?
3. At what point in this process should I go for a dyno tune? I dont want to do it twice.

because the trick flow kit has a different cam and heads. The heads in the trick flow kit as long if I am reading it right will only handle a lift of .540 without fly cutting the pistons. The track heat heads say .600 with no flycut but I was wanting somebody else to verify that also just to make sure im reading it right. The cam in the kit is milder than the one I have listed also.

Hmmm I guess the 360 hp kit does have the same heads, I dont know what kit I was looking at before but I remember it said max lift .540 for the heads. Either way if I just bought the stuff individually its only $2320.75 and the only thing I wouldn't be getting that is in the kit is the timing chain, valve covers, and the bolts. I dont want that cam in the kit so I would have to end up spending another $250 for the other cam and rods so its actually more economical to just buy what I want individually.

The lift "spec" on the heads has nothing to do with the possibility of notching pistons or possible PtV clearance problem. That spec, although generic, is regarding the springs "working" zone w/out coil binding issues. BTW, total valve lift has nothing to do with the possibility of having to notch piston, you need to check, and correct if required, based on the cam you end up choosing.
