Default a/c questions

when i got my car the A/c was junk and didnt work. well it was winter and was a hastle to deal with so i just threw it all away.

can i get the A/c components off of any other vehicles besides a mustang and then bend my own lines? i question this because the easiest option is buy the kit online but that 700 bones i done have. all i really need is a new compressor r34, condensor and the deal thing that goes in front of the radiator. are you able to bend your own lines or do you have to get them prefitted?

I'm sure if you post in the "wanted-to-buy" & look at the 4 sale stuff you can find all the AC parts-CHEAP! ...I would use only Mustang AC parts

i was more curious for the reason i hate buying parts online to have them shipped, it all cost money. if there is interchangable parts for A/C i'd love to know so i can ge tthem locally cheaper!

making your own stuff will be more hassle and costly, you also need a reciever dryer and one of the lines has a preinstalled orifice tube that meters flow of refrigerant

Find your local online craigslist or local site that is near you and then you can pick up the parts you need and then you can inspect everything before you buy it and save on shipping.
