Default is this impressive?

im friends with the family that owns this car. they own and run the local speed shop and have many many many mustangs, svo's, fast backs, drag built cars ect. anyways this is their pride n joy. just curious of this is impressive. 6.07 @119 in the 1/8 mile. whats that in the quarter? it just looks slow to me in the video compared to some of the video's i've seen from members here. its 108mm turbo build. almost 900hp i think they said.

That 1/8th mile ET is somewhere around a low-mid 9. Pretty impressive if the car is actually street drivin, if it is just a race car and never sees the street, it is pretty average. In either case it's a cool car.

they're always blowing that car up. when they went from the 88mm turbo to the 108mm tubro they went through 2 turbos and 4 rebuilds.

i dont know if its their fault or the parts. but they are always fixing that car. does that just come with having that type of car or maybe they are still in the trial n error phase?

plus that was their best run yet due to they're always breaking it and trying to retune it ect. ect.

so do you think a build like that could hit better times than 6.07?

ever so often they toss on some 275/60/15's MT ET streets and drive it around. totally streetable. full interior and everything functions. i think they said they have 106 or 108lbs injectors or something. lol absolutely hilarious
