I have a 86 lx 5.0 coupe 5spd with a speed density set up. I am swapping the motor out and replacing with a 91 5.0 out of another mustang. The 91 is a complete motor including the mass air computer. My question is will the mass air computer plug in on the inside of the car without modification where the speed density computer was and is it a direct plug in on the engine side? Mainly will there be a problem using the 86 wiring from the plug to the computer to the connection on the 91 engine? I hope my question is clear and understandable. Thanks for any input. I have checked past mass air question but none seem to address my specific question.
