your better off getting a Crane Hi-6 ignition kit or the Mallory unit you wanted. MSD is a little overrated imo

so I didn't tell ya'll what happened to me yesterday I was changing dizzys and the oil pump shaft came out with the 1st one so when i was puttin the other dizzy in I used a little piece of shop towel and stuck it in with the shaft well when I started to put the dizzy in the shaft his the side and fell into the oil pan I swear to you I have no luck I was almost tempted to get a lighter and just set it on fire

looks as if the retaining ring that locks the shaft in place is gone or missing.......next time using a pen magnet put the shaft in place first then install dizzy, drag a heavy duty magnet along the bottom of the pan and maybe you can work it out the drain plug hole

got a timing cover gasket set today and took off the timing cover to get it out got everything back together tonight all I have left to do is change the oil again run the wires back to the module and the rad and so forth just little stuff
