Default Shifter!!

ok, i have a pro 5.0 shifter right now and like it... but, i drove my buddy's 99 cobra with a hurst shifter and another buddy's 06 GT with a hurst shifter and the throw is sooo much shorter with the hurst shifter... just wondering if any of you guys are running a hurst in your foxbody and know how it compares with the pro 5.0 as far as the throw!! also i was looking into the MGW, any input on that one as well would be nice!! im looking for the shortest throw possible...
thanks

I have a Hurst and an MGW in my stangs. IMO, both way better than the pro 50

Here's the MGW in my car and actually it's taller than the Hurst. The ball came from MGW as well

Here's the Hurst that now resides in my wifes car. it used to be in mine for the previous 12 years. Sorry, this is the best pic I have of hers. It's got a leather Ford Racing Cobra handle on it.

They both have very short throws but I think the Hurst is the shorter of the two. The Cobra ball def makes the shifter much taller than it really is

PRO50SC - First of all, nice pics. Now, is the Hurst shifter in the vert a Comp Plus shifter? I ask because I can't tell if it is a flat stick shifter. I like the flat stick shifter. If the one in the pic is not flat stick, do you know if they are similar in throw distance?

Thanks,
