I apologize MF...lol
I cant wait to get it in, I just shops dont rape me for the install. the old shop I used to go to before my family found a new mechanic was funny about you bringing parts that were from somewhere else... like if I brought in a set of swaybars and had them put on... etc... (example)
my new mechanic just would charge for labor... and he likes working on my car... he said its a bit of relief from working on the run of the mill grocery getter, commuter car and general POS that people bring in. heh he has an '88 GT a 64 1/2 and I think he just picked up a '66 for his wife. one of his employees has a 68 Firebird, dont know what it runs, but it has slicks and skinnies and a real poncho motor... not a chevy motor...

If your car had long tubes I would be in shippensburg and throwing an new clutch in your car right now. If you can make it down to s burg I would help you do it for free and let you use my lift. I can have my clutch out of the car in under a hour but I also have long tubes and turn downs haha! The hardest part is the exhaust to get off everything else is simple as pie!

I wish I had long tubes as well, lol. I'll be back in the area around thanksgiving tho.. I'd come home sooner, but my course load, job and marching band keep me grounded in this one horse town lol

brown truck should be visiting me next week with:
1.94, 1.6 valves, guide plates, rocker studs, head stud kit, harland sharp 1.6 rockers, push rod measuring tool, felpro gasket kit, weather stripping for both doors, interior bolt kit, bezel clips, torque box reinforcement u/l kit, read main seal, and t5 rebuild kit.
backorder: MT ET streets
projects still in the works: pick up machined heads, crush the crush sleeve on my 3.73 gear install(for some reason i just haven't gotten around to it...just sittin over at my parents half done), t5 rebuild and finish sound deadening the rest of the stang(bout 75% of the whole interior done so far)
i'll be busy
