ok so I have a 1978 fairmont futura and some people dont even know what that is .. so hear is a write up about what a 78 fairmont can be with the fenders hood bumper headlights changed out

That has been around for a while, but has recenly inspired me to start the hunt for a Fairmont wagon.....Narrowd 9", tubs, full cage, stroked 351 with a turbo anyone?? And a sleeper to boot, minus the meats in the back

I think the wagon is ugly but sleeper it would be... all I need is a mid 80s LTD front end and I can make my 78 look like the one shown at the link (much better)

it kinda looks like a grand national, none the less bad azz! theres a guy with a twin turbo 5.0 zypher on four eyed pride i think. but this guy made this car look nice! wow

I almost bought a used low mile factory equipped 5.0 Futura back in 87.
Looks like they used the LTD nose on it nice looking.

Fairmont wagons are a good place to find parts like the overload springs I have in the rear of my 87. Nice ride but firm when you need them to be.
