I've installed that cam for a few, and it works well for a street strip car and helps produce decent power

I have the TrickFlow STG-1 and like it very much. It makes good power and runs to 6,000. It seems to work well with the Vortech I am running too. Plus the cam was relatively cheap.

thanks guys, anyone have any horsepower, torque or 1/4 mile et #s with this cam the reason i ask is because my friend just built a 302 with twisted wedge heads and this cam and i am thinking of buying it. i just blew my 302 up had windsor jr iron heads and e-cam with a vic jr intake and holley 750 hp carb hoping his motor will produce more power especially on the nitrous 150 shot

Before my supercharger I made 271rwhp and 311rwtq through an AODE. Mods are TrickFlow TW Heads, Stg-1 cam, GT-40 Intake, full exhaust, CAI, 75mm MAF w/70mm Throttle body, underdrive pulleys, and the proper fuel. My best quarter time was a 13.1@105(2.0 60ft) so it ran pretty hard.

270 rwhp is not a bad number for a trick flow kit
