Default Driver Door Hinge

My Door has about a 2" drop on it when im about to close it. Often times it will hit the solid metal of the door and not the latch. I took it to a auto body shop, and they said it is most likely that the pin has created more of a oval than a circle shape over time which created the play. He quoted about 150$ for new hinges and pins. However i was wondering if this is something i can fix, i found new pins and bushings here for $8 on FMR http://foxmustangrestoration.com/?p=vp&id=154 but i couldnt find the hinge itself, does anyone know where someone sells them.
-Any input on this topic would help
-Thanks
