the numbers seemed a little high to me with basics bolt ons...the guy with the yellow mustang said he had a tune also so thats a little more understandable but still..so i was wondering what anyone here was putting down with basic mods

ehh im about to build a 331 for my 95 gt. Ill let ya know when im done. Only about 250hp for now. 4.10 gears on the way and putting a built trans in right now.

 

nice... what were you running when you put down 250

 

my friends 95 did 200 i think to the wheels with just exhaust and cai and gears but gears dont add hp or tq. im shooting for 500 na on my build up

 

^Your not starting with a factory shortblock 5.0 correct?

I am at 244/266 with non roller block with 69 windsor heads with some port/polish work.

I did make 327/413 on a 125 wet shot though

dunno, I measure hp in terms of ET....FTW!!

 

I am prolly barely making 200 at the wheels.... my motor is internally stock, and I only have a handful of boltons...

I'd say 190 at the wheels... and that is being generous
