Well i was driving to pick my g.f up and i was not paying attention and i slammed intot he back of a work van, his bumper was only bent slighty i was going about 45 mph i hit the brakes and turned as fast as i could and hit the corner if the van, my car looks bad but its fixable i need a new hood, fender, bumper, headlight it only hit the passenger side and i didnt see any frame damage theres a piece where its square its metal it has foam in the middle that was bent down slightly but thats it i hope my frame is not bent, the car also got impounded by the cops because i had a reexamination appointment that i missed and no i know what you thinking im a good driver but the cop that issued that rexam. was a total dick so anyways i dont have pics yet but tell me what you think.

reexamination for a drive test and no its at the impound but i will get pics soon im sad i feel like i lost my child, she was my only kid and i f'd her up

that sucks. i had a minor incident with mine too this year its not fun, makes you feel sick to your stomach

a reexam for the driving test? dude, if they did that kind of thing down here in SC, they would have to reexam 75% of the idiots on the road.

That sucks.

So if you have a "Re-exam" do they take your license or do you keep it and just have to go in and retest...cause thats bogus if they can impound your car for no reason other than "you haven't taken your retest" (if you had a valid license then I don't see a valid reason to impound the car.)

any way, thats the system screwin people. If they think you need to retake the test they sould take your license untill you retake the test....

NOTE: If a RE-exam means that they do take your license or that your license is not valid then read all of the above as "Your an idiot"

Any way, that sucks about your car, I hope you didn't do any frame damage...

I did roughly the same thing. Ended up costing about 3000 bucks but the other person hit me and it was covered by his insurance. He cut me off in my lane and f'ed up the same stuff as yours. I know it sucks man but it will be alright.
