Chevy In A Ford
alright so as the title says, i pulled my 302 out of my 86 Gt 5spd. recently i just got done pulling and dropping a 350 into a 69 C-10 pickup. well we have an extra 350 chev sittin around and ive decided i want to drop it into my 5.0 (built ford tough with chevy stuff) i do realize some of you may disagree with this and i at one point did as well but to my standards the 302 wont hold up.
so, my question is to you guys, do you know of any good tech articles for this? i have searched and found none so far other than for an LS1 which isnt the route im goin.

that splits in half at 500hp. mmmkay alright. ive been in this game for quite some time now, all ive owned have been mustangs 4 to be exact. ive thought about going the 351 route and hell even making it a small block 426 or 7 but decided it'd be fun to drop a chevy motor in my 86, since i have two of them i could always put my 302 in my Turbo 2.3L LX.

not trying to be a dik or anything I just hate the idea of anybody puttin a different brand motor than whats supposed to be in them my brother's puttin a 460 big block into a mid 70ish camaro and I don't think he should

Street or full race use? You could build the 302 block to with stand that mush horsepower...
The worst one I seen was at school, some guy bought a Mustang with some sort of Buick engine in it...ewww....
Anyway, not only are you molesting a four eye, those chevy valve covers just don't look right in the Fox engine bay. The only Chevy swap that would be semi-decent, would be an LS1, cause it takes some thought to get some of that stuff working instead of throwing in a 1st gen 350 in it since every one has those in their backyards.
