Hey guys iam having problems with spark blowout going into boost.. I had it tuned but didnt do this on the dyno. Car is on 12 psi, msd coil, msd cap, autolite 23's gaped at .030 and ford racing spark plug wires. Any ideas???

Your plugs sound about right. One step colder and a gap around .032ish should be just fine, as long as you're not using some crappy plugs like the +2s...which you're not. I'd lean towards the problem being the ignition system...possibly too weak under boost.

try to go to an ngk tr8 #4554 and gap them at 30 that i run on my car have no problem with my spark

I am running 18+psi with a stock Ford ignition but I do have a MSD coil stock type. I run our plugs at .028 and 2 steps colder. I would say look over your stuff make sure the plug wires are pushed on all the way. and how old is everything?

Wires msd stuff and the wires have about 400 miles on them spark plugs have about 2 miles.
