I have the same problem but, Mine will cut off going down the road.
I've done a complete tune up plugs, wires, cap, and button.
I've changed the coil and the condenser Twice.
I have no idea what is causing this. It will run for a few mins then shut off just like I turned the ignition switch off. There is NO hesitation or skip. Runs fine when its running. I have fuel and air, just no spark. I'm about to pull my hair out on this.
Mine also does this no matter the temp or weather. I have off road H so no cats to worry about.

Well time for another round of "lets guess WTF is wrong"....
It did it this morning on me now. I shut it off 2 blocks from work at the bank. When I came back to start the car, crank and crank and no fire. Nice and cold -15C (about -5F I think). Car had been running for about 45 minutes before that, no hesitation at all. Good old smell of raw fuel when I gave up and decided to leave it at the bank for a few hours. I didn't want to over crank and have the battery dead as well.
MAF connections are good. I will check the "pigtail" for the module when I go over there again (in a few hours). My guess is it will start right up though.
I am seriously thinking of just replacing the ignition system all together with a MSD ignition (distributer and all, stock completely gone). Anyone have any thoughts on that?

You need to get the engine in the no start condition and run these pinpoint tests. I wouldn't suggest go spending $$ if you don't have the real cause ID'ed....... what if the problem is a faulty CCRM unit? LUK
