dizzy cap install

the rotating part under the cap how does it come out?do i pull it? i tried pulling it but i didnt want to try any harder beacause i dont want to brake anything

it pulls off, mine was stuck on there pretty good, just takes a lil muscle...

The rotor pulls up. The bottom of the cap os bolted down and doesnt need to be changed.

Youre talking about the rotor? It pulls straight up
