I ran the hot wire through the inside of the car (drivers side). I grounded the ground to the quad shock mount.

This is how I wired mine up


Battery box


Ground


cutoff switch


vent tube

why didnt you just run your alt to the solonoid?

Because the alt will power the car and the cut-off switch won't kill the engine

Not sure, car needs a new motor. I don't know how much longer this one is going to last. Going to put a cage in it over the winter. How about you, didn't see you any this year.
