Default Thinkin about lookin at this car...

Found this in Houston. I emailed him asking some questions and asking for more pics that are better quality. He wants $2500 for it. From the looks, the price seems fairly good, but I cant really tell bc the pics are such crappy quality.

Yep. The ONLY time I ever trust pics is if they actually take pics of the damage. Thats how I did it when I sold my 65. I pulled up the carpet and took a pic of the hole in the floorboard, zoomed in on the rust that was on my drip rails, bottoms of the doors, and quarter panels. the guy drove 400 miles to buy my car and was very grateful for me boing honest with him.

I have seen some like a POS in the picture but be a real nice car but some look good in picture but they are rough. Also make sure its a real GT vin 5-7 need to be P42.

why are u wanting to buy a gt when you have an lx and i thought you were saving up for a new motor?

Eh, I would like to have one with decent paint. Like I said, its only a thought. the motor is DEFINATELY happening. I just have to wait till I get my two loans paid off, which will be in Feb.

There is also an LX on CL for trade that has a carbed 351, cage, C-4, straight black paint, and 4.10s. I emailed him too

id look at the lx with 351 first , i had a gt and their aslright i just like the looks of the lx's better.....imo
