Yes or no?

If you convert the Km to Miles and to the US dollar I think it is a pretty decent deal. Being a northern car I would check where the shock towers meet the frame as they are prone to rusting there.

I've seen the car in person and although it has 250kms on the body the car doesn't show it, it's really clean and very well maintained. I'm not looking for another one, I paid considerably more than 5K for mine but then again it is a 100km untouched mint stocker when I bought it and that drives the price up. Having said that, if I was looking back when I bought mine I would probably have bought it even with the auto. I'm sure it would be fairly quick with the 3.73's, shift kit and stall but considering it would be used as a weekend warrior (I've only put 9000km's on mine in two years) I'd definitely put the 4.11's in it that come with the car. Can you guys give me some info on the heads, I haven't heard them disscussed as much as Trickflow or AFR's etc. Are they any good? Also does running it on a daily basis with a 2500 stall lessen the life of the Ford Racing AOD tranny if you manually up and downshift using the shift kit? As much as I prefer a T-5 I would sacrifice having an auto in a car with that motor (brand new, 5800kms on entire driveline) for that price. With 4.11's and some Nitto's that thing would surely satisfy my city blasts for awhile, then perhaps a Paxton blower and some 3.55's down the road. I'd probably drive it more and a lot harder than I do mine, I feel guilty when I ****kick mine sometimes being basically as clean as it rolled off the showroom floor. Something with 250kms wouldn't make me feel that way, it would be a fun cheap toy. If only I had more storage...
