if the car is sound it is a fair price.
there is a lot of stuff already done.
main thing to consider - does it scratch your itch? is it what you want?
i bought my 90 5 years ago in CO. it was bone stock with 64K miles on the clock.
i gave him $5K. it was the car i wanted. still got it. still want it.
