IMO, about the only feeling that comes close to losing your virginity. I go through a set of tires every year, on the first day. But I gotta be honest and say I get the odd tear here and there cause I miss her! Anyhow, I guess this thread's really about nothing. So what about if anybody posts absolutely anything for encouragement for all those out there who's in the same situation. Thanks guys and gals and Merry Christmas to everyone!

Nothing better than that spring day when its warm and turn the key for the first time in 6 months or so. Go out for a nice long cruise, nothing better!!

I've had a few thumping musclecars that I can say "I know the feeling". Missing them for their power, character and just being reminded of how bad *** they are. Ya, spring time is something to look forward too. I've also had some fun but not as desireable cars. After storing and driving fun cars year round. Came to the conclusion that's it's more fun to experience that everyday. So now on, unless I have something truely unreplaceable I enjoy my junk everyday. Rain or snow. I mean do you store it to preserve the car or because it's not a good car in the snow?

I know what you guys are talking about. Here's the car that gives me that feeling. I got this car when I was 16. Even after 15 years I still get butterflies.

I can't afford a second car so i drive mine in the snow. I have been faking problems with it lately because i hate seeing all those chemicals and salt caked on it. My parents have been unhappily driving me around. and i love the 4 eyed look thats why i went with an 82

Yeah bud I put it away to preserve the car. It's never seen snow and only rain a couple times when I got stuck out with it. Other then that it's been garage kept and stored every winter. It doesn't have any rust underneath or anywhere on the body so I take a lot of pride in my car. I'd just like to keep it that way I guess. Year 'round, I have an '04 corolla that I putt around in.
