Default Car starting sluggishly in the cold...

So, since its gotten cold outside + the Procharger + extra bracket pulleys + batt relocation;

The car cranks slow when its below 35 degrees or so. I know a High Torque starter couldn't hurt, but I'm also running the original alt.

So, I'm strapped for money - new Starter or Alternator?

Or, any tests I can run?

You can buy block heaters if you want them, my friend has one on his 96 Cobra in Montana.

How is your battery?
