Default suspension?

Alright, I have a '90 LX sitting on stock suspension. I would like to upgrade to some better suspension because I would like a better/lower stance. I don't know too much about suspension components so that's why I'm asking. I don't need anything too drastic...just a nice drop and a good stance.

Here's a pic of how it sits now. (tough pic to see, i know)

Suggestions? And pics would be awesome!

If you just wanna nice stance, throw some 4 banger springs in the front. it will look real nice.

Hey PRO that's a real nice stance. Is that stock springs in the back and 4cyl springs in the front?

the best way to answer your requirements is with this:

1979-1993 Racecraft Inc. Mustang 2" Drop Spindles (OEM Brakes)
Details
P/N 300101
http://www.racecraft.com/products.php?cat=10

unless you modify the suspension to the point that ford stock geometry and style is fundamentally changed you will pretty much always worsen the suspension geometry and ride if you lower the front of the car using other methods, (see http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/t_suspension.htm for details)

those spindles are nice..but you're stuck with stock brakes if you get them.

hmm sort of true... stock and all the aftermarket brakes that fit on stock spindles meaning baer ssbc 73mm SVO.... etc etc etc can all be used lots and lots of choices!!

and if you dont like that simply get:
1979-1993 Mustang 2" Drop Spindles for aftermarket brakes. These spindles are designed to be used with aftermarket drag race style brakes. The Racecraft Inc. spindle features full tig welded construction all welded parts are CNC machined. These spindles lower the front of your car 2" with out changing suspension geometry and you retain all of your shock travel.

Aftermarket drop spindles for drag race style brakes.... lol are those the non vented, non slotted, 1/16 inch thick tin foil lookin ones? Or the ones that are carved up more than crotch rocket brakes.
