Default what caused this??

my ignition module recently melted/caught on fire. ive got the usual modifications..tfs heads, tf stage 1 cam, all the bolt ons with a 255lph fuel pump and a motorvation chip. my ignition is stock except for a 200amp alternator. has anybody had this problem? i don't know if it just went bad, or if something else caused it to fail. any help is greatly appreciated.

yeah i checked the voltage from the battery to the msd box, and it checked out good. maybe it's the wires in the wiring harness....god i hope not!
