Nice first post..

TB size is not limited by injector size.. but intake manifold and engine demand are factors. Stock-boltons should use a 65mm and 70+ for F/I and higher air requirements

90mm would be a good TB to put on, use for now and later higher hp usage.

its not the injectors that will hold you back, it depends on what your mods are. for a basic bolt on car, 65mm is a good choice, or 70 if you plan on more. 75 i could see on a high horsepower car.

lol yea because the 90mm into the 60mm stock intake mani works well to get all the air in

I have a 70mm with every bolton in the book and f/i otw

As big as you like........ you then have to worry about the upper/lower intake limitations + match your selection.
