Default Need help with tires

I have the stock pony rims 16x7 ( the white ones for feature cars)

I need to know what size tires I can put on that with out rub issues.

I want wider tires in the back.

What brands are good and are not way expensive?
Is there a website that you guys use for tires?

Thank you for your help.

I've bought tires from www.tirerack.com and www.treaddepot.com before. no problems with either....

I just bought a set of Ponys with 225 55 16s on the front and a little wider 245 50 16s on the back. Havent put them on yet but they were on a friends fox so I know they fit and look good. you could probably go wider.....

245 is the biggest that I would go with the stock rims. I figure you'll start to bulge with any bigger.

I appreciate everyones' help.

I am so glad that I found a set of stock rims brand new in the box for my Stang.
The white rims for the feature cars are so hard to find.

So now I have to decide, hold onto rims and get tires later and do exhaust/cam first or do the tires first LOL.
