Default Got a vibration

Im getting a pretty good vibration threw the shifter, it comes in at about 2k then gets worse after 3k rpms. its there in every gear and its very annoying. Just trying to get some pointers what to look for, im in the process of pulling tranny, what do i need to look for or check guys? thanks

o and with clutch in reving you cant feel it, u can feel the motor but no vibration, its bad in gear with a load or no load under it

When is the last time your clutch was replaced?

Put the rear of the car on stands and pull the driveshaft out then put a bag on the end of the tailshaft(for leaks) and see if there is still a vibration when in gear.

By this comment i'm assuming you recently had gears installed. My money is on the pinion gear not being spec'ed within tolerance's. Grab the back of the drive shaft near the diff and see if you have any slack while pushing and pulling the driveshaft (in and out). Could have something to do with the crush sleeve not being crushed or overtightened. The first time i installed gears i had the same problem. Very bad vibration...almost violent during certain rpms. My problem was what i stated above, i fixed it and it ran great. If you do have play take it back to where you got them installed or just take it back anyway and tell them your problems....all this is assuming you paid someone to install gears recently.
