well if you only want to spend a couple grand that really limits things. are you talking about just for the sc or turbo or for everything needed to go FI? because your going to need bigger injectors, new maf for the injectors you buy and a larger fuel pump. those 3 things will set you back $1000 alone if you buy new. you can get a vortech or do a DIY turbo setup. Any reputable turbo kit will set you back $3500 minimum

Unfortunately, if you're on a price crunch, the supercharger is usually the better route especially for the 94-95 Mustangs. Turbo kits and Supercharger kits are significantly cheaper with the Fox's. I've only had experience with a supercharger. As far as I am concerned, it's bolt on and go. The power is great. However, if I had the $$, I think the turbo would easily be the best. There are times when I think my Vortech just isn't enough. For two grand, get a used Vortech or Paxton from Corral.net. It's what I did. You can find some killer deals.

I am no turbo expert. However, Lucky13 seems to know his stuff. If you're good at fabbing up parts and modifying them, one of our sponsors(Boost Brothers) seems to offer a decent looking kit. Plus it's cheap. It does look Chinese made, so fitment might be an issue. They might be a decent option. What are your mods. A T-67 turbo may do the trick.

Oops, didn't catch your sig. You could skip the cam and intake and put it into the turbo build. A bolt on Mustang with stock H/C/I and single turbo with proper fuel will make 450rwhp relatively easy. Although that may not be enough. Good luck with your build!
